Gordy Oliva Remodeling was founded in 1989 as a design/build company with specialties in remodeling homes from the turn of the century to newly constructed. We are dedicated to improving our customers lifestyle and protecting their greatest investment while maintaining the home's existing style, charm and character.

Our company's President is Gordy Oliva, C.G.R, CAPS, Vice Chairman of the Remodelors Council is licensed builder with a B.A. from Wayne State University and a 21 year background in residential remodeling and construction in the Detroit metropolitan area. He has built a family owned company noted for their kitchen and bath designs, additions, dormers, master suites and finished basements.
