What Happens Next?

FIRST. We’ll have a phone conversation to gather some basic information regarding the project you have in mind. If there seems to be a good match, a NO OBLIGATION in-home consultation can be set up for Gordy to visit you and discuss the project further. We ask that all decision makers are present so everybody’s needs can be addressed.

SECOND. In this meeting, typically about 2 hours, we’ll discuss goals, design ideas, wish list, timing and budget. We’ll look at your entire home and see how it relates to proposed project and your needs. .

THIRD. If everybody is in agreement we move into the design and development of your project. The cost for the design and development will range depending on the scope of the project and the needs of the homeowners. It can include as little as a basic design for you to do the work, and as much as a full design with architectural drawings, material selections, supplier resources, detailed cost of goods and services including a complete Scope of Work.

FINALLY. There is no obligation to contract Gordy Oliva Remodeling to perform any work beyond the Design and Development. If you decide for any reason not to have us start the project, the only expense has been the design which is yours to keep. If, however, you decide to move forward with the project, the design fee is credited to the price of the project.
